The Auditorium is available to rent for your productions, concerts, dance troupe, meeting, and speakers, or for a school play. The lobby is available to rent for receptions, meetings, book signings and more! This area is licenced and catering can be arranged. Book your date early to avoid disappointment. Rental rates for the
2009-2010 season are as follows:
- For commercial groups/companies, the rental of the theatre is $600.
For not-for-profit groups, the rental of the theatre is $425 per performance Thursday thru Sunday. If a second performance occurs that same day, that performance will cost $300. Monday thru Wednesday the rate is $350, second performance $215.
- Front of house charge per performance is $100 (for non-profit /charitable organizations $75 Monday through Wednesday).
- Box-office surcharge (to pay for ticket printing and box-office staffing) is $1 per ticket.
- There is a 3.5% charge for all credit card transactions; 3.2% for gift certificates.
- The rental fee for the Clavinova is $100 per run.
- A technician is required to hang, focus and program lights. The technician is also needed for any use of the sound board. The cost of the technician is $30 per hour [minimum call of 4 hours].
- Groups/companies that rents the theatre may be announced on the theatre marquee free of charge.
- The rental of the lobby (and not the theatre) for meetings, art openings, chamber concerts etc. is $150.
- 3% of total ticket sales plus GST will be charged if SOCAN fees are required. OSLT will remit these fees.
- All fees subject to GST.

Use our automated ticket system for
your event. Your venue can be added for reserved or general
seating. Let the Roxy's Box Office take care of your ticketing
needs, including telephone orders, walkins, by mail or soon
by email! Visa and Mastercard accepted. Initial set-up charge
of $25, $1 per ticket, 3.5% of credit card sales.
